Live, Work, and Travel Adventurously
It takes more than money to be truly happy. For me, it’s all about finding balance. Being healthy is paramount, along with a happy family environment where we’re all developing progressively. Beyond this foundation what is life all about?
Benjamin Jenk’s life philosophy is all about living, working, and travelling adventurously. I couldn’t agree more. Meeting people, sharing your ideas and seeing how others view the world will almost certainly leave you feeling connected as an engaged member of the human race.

I definitely agree. Balance is needed. I went to Kauai for Spring Break. It was fun!
I’m going camping! I have some work I have to get done before I go, but then I have 3 1/2 days to play around and good off. I like having a balance of work, play, and family. As long as I get just enough time off to do each of these, I’m happy.
We went to visit my daughter for a few days. Enjou=yed great food shopping and her company.
I am going to Vegas with some friends for Spring Break. This article is inspiring and teaches us to take risks. One place you shouldn’t take risks is with your employees. The job market is competitive, and in this day and age, you can’t simply hire someone on spot, even a babysitter. You should screen them. That way when you choose to live and travel adventurously, you can be sure that your business is protected.
I like this philosophy a lot better than buy more stuff – which seems to be the most popular of them all in the U.S. today. Sad, but true.
I’d like a life filled with rich experiences and a sense of adventure. Given that I grew up in a fairly risk-averse environment, I am trying to cultivate those qualities in myself.
I just got back from a two week hike which was a nice break from my routine. I’m working on getting a better balance in my life.
This is my motto…lol. Travel is so rewarding. I honestly love it and could not live without it. I always learn something and I am changed a bit after each trip.
There must be balance in the force. We had spring break last week, but I didn’t really do anything special.
What an adventure! Reminds me of that guy who dances around in different spots of the world. What a life!
We’re HUGE vacationers… but try very hard to keep spending to a minimum. We tend to do 1 big trip each year (that involves flying), and lots of little trips. We just got back from a cruise vacation (our big trip). This summer we’ll go camping a few times, then in the fall we’ll spend a week at the family cottage.
It’s nice to get away from it all and relax… without the guilt!
Traveling – everyone should do it! Always nice to getaway to sunnier shores!
Imagine being happy with just money. It would be suck to be the middle class and suicidal to be poor. Balance is the way.
Wow… another post that managed to remind me that I chose NOT to study abroad in college. It’s been on my mind lately that I didn’t take advantage of the opportunities to travel extensively when I was young and unattached – now I’ve got jobs that keep me tied down and children who don’t travel well!
